Setting up API Access to Bullhorn

  1. Log into Bullhorn, select the Menu, click the ‘Support” drop down, and click Bullhorn Resource Center (the first option)

  2. Go to the "Tickets" tab and click "New Ticket"

  3. In the Subject field, type “InsightSquared Activation”

  4. In the Question field, type "Please generate credentials for InsightSquared"

  5. From the Category drop-down, select the “Marketplace Integrations” category

  6. From the Sub-Category drop-down, select "InsightSquared"

  7. Hit submit and forward the confirmation email to support@insightsquared.com

  8. If for some reason the ticket submission is not visible, please call Bullhorn support and ask to speak to a member of the Marketplace team (617-478-9126).
